- Non-members/guests/visitors pay a $10 shuttlecock fee to the club, East Gippsland Badminton Club (EGBA)
- Every Friday in 2025 until Friday, 11th December, excluding Public Holiday closures.
- NO PLAY on Good Friday - 1st April
- NO PLAY on AFL Grand Final day - 25th September
- ALL welcome on Wednesdays @ BARC only in Easter, Winter & September school holidays, 5.30-7.30 pm
- Easter school holidays Weds 08/04/26 & 15/04/26.
- Winter school holidays Weds 01/07/26 & 08/07/26
- September school holidays Weds 23/09/26 & 30/10/26
- Non-members/guests/visitors pay a $10 shuttlecock fee to the club, East Gippsland Badminton Club (EGBA)
- There will no longer be a separate $5 entry fee to pay to BARC.

- From 7 - 8.30 pm
- $10 shuttlecock fee for non-members/visitors payable to EGBA
Membership fees are payable by 4 weeks from the date you first attend.
- 2026 Adult membership (12 months) = $240
- 2026 Adult membership (6 months) = $140
- 2026 Junior membership (12 months) = $140
- 2026 Junior membership (6 months) = $80
6-month memberships run 1 Jan - 30 June and 1 July - 31 Dec.
- N.B. our minimum age for players is year 7 i.e. age 12/13 years.
- Cash or cheque to Debbie, our Treasurer, or direct bank transfer. No EFTPOS.
- If you choose to do a bank transfer, please email confirmation of your transaction to shuttlecock3875@gmail.com or provide a hard copy to Debbie so she can issue your receipt of payment.

Children
- Are all players under the age of 18 years.
- Parents/guardians, children, and all players should know our Child Safe policies here.
- Please note:
- Children must be picked up and dropped off from within the hall.
- Two Committee members must be present for a child to be left unaccompanied.
- Committee members can be identified by their red T-shirts bearing the club logo.
